the arrangement was 5 star! it was sad and a little irritating that I scheduled the delivery for the next day I would not have done that if I wasn't going to be there to received the flowers. So the driver calls me to see if i was going to be at home. We were both home and waiting for an important Call from a doctor. I saw a 903 phone number I didn't know and answered it. the voice was a murmur and not real clear (wife sitting next to me. I snapped it wasn't the doctor and quickly muffled the phone so she wouldn't hear the call and ruin the SURPRISE of flowers for her birthday. They should have trained a driver for a flower shop that must deliver many SURPRISE deliveries TO TEXT and not just call and speak about a delivery that was scheduled for that day. I'm sure he just wasn't trained to be discrete when making these type of deliveries. Just moved into area and need a good and professional flower shop to take care of our flower needs. .
