Our daughter loved the flower arrangement we sent for her 20th wedding anniversary. We thought it was supposed to be delivered on the 4th and wasn't delivered until the 5th. She said the flowers smelled good!
the arrangement was 5 star! it was sad and a little irritating that I scheduled the delivery for the next day I would not have done that if I wasn't going to be there to received the flowers. So the driver calls me to see if i was going to be at home. We were both home and waiting for an important Call from a doctor. I saw a 903 phone number I didn't know and answered it. the voice was a murmur and not real clear (wife sitting next to me. I snapped it wasn't the doctor and quickly muffled the phone so she wouldn't hear the call and ruin the SURPRISE of flowers for her birthday. They should have trained a driver for a flower shop that must deliver many SURPRISE deliveries TO TEXT and not just call and speak about a delivery that was scheduled for that day.
I'm sure he just wasn't trained to be discrete when making these type of deliveries. Just moved into area and need a good and professional flower shop to take care of our flower needs. . Hope this helps.. Thanks Geoff
